Dream & Design
In this foundation module, we are going to get you fully prepared to bring everything that you didn't even know was lying within you to the surface ready to craft the experience that your heart is craving.
In module one, you’re going to learn:
- How to come up with the intention for your first retreat and tap into yoiur deepest vision for what you are bringing to life.
- How to open up your wanderlust vibes to explore what's going to meet your needs as well as those of your attendees.
- How to address the niggles and questions that pop up before you're ready to answer them.
- How to have FUN in the dreaming of a beautiful transformational experience.
The W Phase
In this second module we are going to dive into all of your what, where, why, when and answer all of your logistical questions.
In module two, you’re going to learn:
- How to source a venue in a location you have never been to before and why you con't need to only host in countries you are familiar with.
- How to onboard your "YES!" attendees and ensure that you are both protected and prepared for travel.
- How to choose the best dates, handle payment plans, and everything other question you will have about the formation of your invitation.
- Bringing it all together and the order in which we do this so that you are never out of pocket for expenses.
Extending the Invitation
In module three we dive into announcing your retreat and filling your first places with those who are waiting for the invitation (even if you don't know it yet!)
In module three, you’re going to:
- Learn my personalised process for extending the first wave of invitations on a personal basis.
- Plan your process for extending the invitation on a wider basis.
- Design your actual invitation and begin to take action
- Celebrate in our community as your places begin to fill - yes, really!
Selling it Out
In this module we will focus on further strategies for selling any remaining spaces for your first experience OR opening the waitlist for your next one.
In module four, you’re going to:
- Deepen the personal approach when it comes to sharing your invitation.
- Seed interest in your upcoming experiences as you contiunue to share this one.
- Onboard and welcome your new group members
- Continue to refine your Transformation Travel Experience™ as your group dynamic evolves
Deliver & Delight
In this module we are getting into the depths of it. you've got your attendees, your plan is coming together and now it's time to focus on the experience of being there in-person and delivering on your promise.
In module five, you’re going to:
- Learn the most important things to plan for as a leader of a Transformational Travel Experience™ as you move into facilitation.
- Prepare your contingencies for the unexpected.
- Identify your own sources of support, debriefing each day and process for refining as you go.
- Anchor into some non-negotiable strategies for ensuring that you are the very best leader that you can be AND that you enjoy and grow from the process.
Beyond the Retreat
In this final module we will plan for the integration and next steps opportunities that take place beyond the completion of your retreat.
In module six, you’re going to:
- Plan for the integration requirements post retreat for both yourself and your attendees following my framework.
- Prepare for the natural next steps and the appropriate moment to introduce those conversations.
- Plan for the next experience.
- Complete the debrief and collect feedback to help you refine and improve for future.
You will have me (Laura!) on hand for your every question along the way as you craft, tweak, celebrate and implement. With 6 Q&A coaching calls in addition to the content shared.
We follow a clear path of progression in a specific order so that your leadership and organisation are complimenting each other. No stone left unturned and we focus deeply on your identity as we go.
You have access to your current cohort in a Telegram based community for on the go support and celebrations/reminders as needed.
You will be provided with tools and templates as we walk through the framework which you will be able to use time and again for each experience you create in future.
