You were Never the Problem.
When one of the key relationships in your life is with a narcissist, it’s so easy to believe that you’re the problem. That’s how they design it to be.
Not only do you believe that you’re the problem, but the narcissist you’re connected to will wreak havoc in your support network having all of those people believe that you’re the problem too.
But you NEVER were the problem.
You are, however, your own solution.
What you begin to learn as you recognise how this has played out in your life, is that you believed that’s how relationships were for everyone. And as a result, you connected with more of these manipulative people who are more concerned with their own positioning than your feelings.
It gets to be different now.
